bbuddy drafts from brand context. In the live app, that context lives in the current brand profile and Library items. There is no Settings → Brand → Voice screen.
How it is created
Onboarding imports your website and asks for brand direction. The app stores the result as a current brand profile and Library context, including voice and strategy notes when available.
How to edit it
Open the Library and brand profile areas. Update the brand profile fields and any Library item that represents voice, positioning, product detail, or content strategy. Future assistant turns and recurring suggestions read the updated context.
Per-platform style rules
Brand voice can vary by channel. Tell bbuddy when one platform needs a different shape, such as first-person LinkedIn posts, warmer Instagram captions, tighter X threads, or carousel captions that stay separate from the slide content. Ask bbuddy to remember those rules when they should apply to future drafts.
Platform rules are saved as durable context, so future assistant turns and recurring suggestions can apply them before drafting.
What good voice context looks like
- "Plain English. No corporate words. Short paragraphs."
- "Founder voice, first person plural, concrete examples."
- "Never use hype words like revolutionary, effortless, or game-changing."
- "On Instagram, write one natural caption and let images carry carousel slides."
