Dashboard and analytics

How to read the Dashboard hub, use every preview card, and understand the Analytics page.

7 min readUpdated 2026-06-07

The Dashboard is the home screen after sign-in. It is a launchpad, not an editor: it shows the latest state of your workspace and sends you to the right page for each job. Analytics is where you review published post performance.

Dashboard cards

  • Connected accounts: shows active social accounts. Use Manage, an account pill, or Connect more to open Accounts.
  • Posts to come: previews scheduled posts. Use View all to open Posts and edit, retry, reschedule, or move posts back to draft.
  • Pending suggestions: previews AI suggestions waiting for review. Open Suggestions to approve, post now, schedule, edit, draft, or reject them.
  • Library: previews recent context items. Open Library to add facts, tone rules, product details, examples, images, imported pages, or saved feedback.
  • Feed: previews unread source items. Open Feed to save, discard, open the original, or use an item as the source for a post.
  • Running automations: previews active recipes. Open Automations to pause, run, inspect, or edit recipes.

Analytics controls

Open Analytics from the sidebar. Use the time range selector to switch between the last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or year. Use the platform selector to view all platforms together or one connected platform at a time. Use the refresh button when you want to reload the latest available numbers.

Top metrics

  • Total Reach: how many people were reached in the selected period.
  • Engagement Rate: engagement divided by impressions for the selected period.
  • New Followers: net follower growth in the selected period.
  • Posts Published: how many posts were published in the selected period.

Analytics tabs

  • Overview: engagement breakdown, top performing posts, and reach over time.
  • Platforms: per-platform followers, engagement, posts, reach, likes, comments, shares, and follower growth.
  • Content: performance by content type and top hashtags when hashtag data is available.
  • Growth: daily new followers, daily engagement, and daily posts published.

When analytics looks empty

Analytics needs connected accounts and published posts. If no account is connected, use the Connect an account button. If you have connected accounts but no data for the selected period, widen the time range or wait until published post metrics are available from the platform.
