bbuddy bills through Polar. Polar is the merchant of record for your subscription, so your invoices, payment method, and full billing history live in the Polar customer portal.
Opening the billing portal
Open Settings → Usage. The Usage tab shows your current BBT balance, the period dates, and a Manage billing button. Clicking it opens the Polar customer portal in a new tab. Polar signs you in with the email on your bbuddy account, so there is no extra password to remember.
Finding invoices
In the Polar portal, open Orders. Each row is one paid invoice. From there you can:
- Open an order to see the line items, taxes, and total paid.
- Edit the billing details that appear on the invoice (company name, VAT number, billing address). Changes apply to future invoices and, where Polar allows it, regenerate the current order.
- Download the invoice as a PDF.
Payment method and cancellation
The same Polar portal lets you update your card, change the default payment method, switch billing cadence, and cancel your plan. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your bbuddy access through the end of the paid period.
