This guide follows the live app: create an account, complete onboarding, connect at least one social channel, then use the assistant and Suggestions queue to create drafts. There is no separate "generate batch" button in the product today.
1. Create an account
Go to app.bbuddy.co. Sign up with Google or with email and password. New users are sent through onboarding before the main workspace.
2. Give bbuddy brand context
Onboarding asks for a brand URL and a few strategy choices. bbuddy imports what it can read into the Library and creates a current brand profile. That profile is what the agent reads later when it drafts posts.
3. Connect one channel
Open Accounts and connect the channel you publish to first. All eight connection targets are live: X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.
4. Create the first drafts
Open the assistant or Suggestions and ask for drafts in plain language. bbuddy uses your current brand profile, Library items, connected accounts, and language preference. The drafts land in Suggestions where you can review them before publishing.
For a deeper walkthrough of chat itself, read Chatting with bbuddy.
5. Set recurring suggestions
Open Settings → Preferences. Set the global suggestion cadence and autopilot mode. If one channel should behave differently, open the collapsed per-channel controls and customize only that channel. This is also where you choose Normal or Smart mode for new AI work.
What to do next
- Review the brand profile and Library items bbuddy created.
- Connect the other channels you actually publish to.
- Keep Suggest only on at first, then move trusted channels to Full auto later.
Report beta issues
During beta, signed-in app pages include a Report a bug button. Use it when something breaks, feels confusing, or does not match the docs. A short description of what you expected and what happened is enough.
Workspace map

- Suggestions: review AI-generated draft cards. Use Approve, Post now, Schedule, Edit, Draft, or Reject.

- Accounts: connect, disconnect, or inspect social accounts.
- Settings: billing, usage, preferences, cadence, autopilot mode, profile, reset, and account deletion.
