Draft editing happens through the suggestion and post flows, plus the assistant. There is no separate batch editor or hidden training queue.
Where drafts appear
Suggestions is the review queue for generated ideas. Create is the composer for a specific post. Posts is where drafts, scheduled posts, published posts, and failed publish attempts can be reviewed.
Revise with the assistant
The assistant can create and revise suggestions. Give a short instruction like "make this less formal" or "turn this into a LinkedIn version for operators". The revised suggestion is saved back into the queue.
You can also ask bbuddy to rework a suggestion that was already rejected or already handled. The reworked version returns as a fresh pending suggestion so you can review it again instead of losing the original context.
Edit a post directly
For posts already created in the app, open the post or composer flow and edit the copy, media, platform, and schedule that the UI exposes. You can also ask bbuddy in chat to change a draft or scheduled post before it goes live, such as "add these images to tomorrow's post" or "fix the typo in Friday's LinkedIn draft". Scheduling changes are operational, not a brand-voice training signal.
Composer controls
Use the platform selector to decide where the post will go. Edit the text for each platform version, attach or remove media, adjust the schedule, and save the post when it is not ready to publish yet. Use Post now only when the copy, account, platform, and media are final.
Reject or replace a suggestion
Reject suggestions that should not be used. If you want a new direction, ask the assistant for a replacement or a rework and be specific about what was wrong. Good feedback names the missing angle, tone, platform fit, source, or audience.
Suggestion actions
In the Approve view, select a pending suggestion and use the action row beside the preview. Use Approve to accept bbuddy's recommended time, Post now to publish immediately, Schedule to pick a different time, Edit to open the composer, Draft to keep it without scheduling, and Reject when the suggestion should leave the review queue. Gallery and List views remain available from the view switcher.
Images and media
Media can come from uploads, existing Library context, or an assistant image-generation request. Replacing one image on one draft does not rewrite the global visual style. Save durable visual preferences in the brand profile or Library.
